- 01Working from home. No colleagues to bounce something off, and nobody who understands the work you are describing.
- 02Heavy subject matter. Death, illness, capacity, family conflict. It is draining, and there is usually no one to talk to at the end of the day.
- 03No benchmark. Is your pricing right? Is your process slow? Without peers you have nothing to compare against.
- 04Learning in isolation. When a genuinely tricky case lands, a search engine will not understand the nuance. Someone who has had the same case will.
